Eligibility for Returns

We stand behind the quality of our products and will accept returns only for items that are defective in manufacture, packaging, or performance under normal use.

Returns for reasons of personal dissatisfaction, anecdotal results, or perceived ineffectiveness will not be accepted.

Preauthorization Required

All returns must receive preauthorization prior to shipment.

To request authorization:

2. Include your order number, product name, and a brief description of the issue.
3. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Unauthorized returns or returns sent without an RA number will not be accepted or refunded.

Return Conditions

• Products must be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
• Returns must be shipped prepaid; we do not accept COD or postage-due packages.
• If the product is determined to be defective upon inspection, a replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion.

Refund Processing

Once an authorized return is received and inspected, refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds are applied to the original payment method only.
